1. About UWageCo

UWageCo is an on-demand document platform that helps you generate payroll statements, business documents, contractor payment statements, and year-end tax documents from information you supply. UWageCo is a software tool. It is not an accountant, bookkeeper, payroll bureau, tax preparer, or law firm, and using UWageCo does not create any professional, fiduciary, or advisory relationship.

2. Pricing and payment

Payroll statements are priced at $27.54 per statement. UWageCo is a pay-per-document service — there is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no obligation to buy again. You may check out as a guest without creating an account. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; UWageCo never receives or stores your full card number.

3. Customer-supplied information

Every document UWageCo produces is generated from information that you enter. UWageCo does not independently verify the data you provide — including business names, worker identities, wage and hour figures, payment amounts, tax elections, or dates. The calculations UWageCo performs are only as accurate as the inputs you give us. You are solely responsible for reviewing every document for accuracy before you rely on it, share it, or deliver it to anyone.

4. Your representations

By using UWageCo, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the business the document relates to, or you are authorized to act for and represent that business;
• every fact and figure you enter is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge;
• your use of UWageCo and of each document you generate is lawful and complies with all applicable laws; and
• you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use UWageCo, or any document generated with it, to deceive, defraud, or mislead anyone. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• misrepresenting income, wages, employment status, or employment history;
• creating documents for a business you do not own or are not authorized to represent;
• forgery, fabrication of records, or any form of fraud; and
• removing, altering, obscuring, or tampering with any UWageCo disclosure, watermark, worker-classification statement, or other notice.

Our Acceptable Use Policy describes these limits in more detail and forms part of these Terms.

6. Tax documents are prepared drafts

Any tax document UWageCo produces — including W-2 and 1099-NEC forms — is a prepared draft based on the records you enter. UWageCo does not file, transmit, or submit any document to the IRS, any state or local tax authority, the Social Security Administration, or any other agency on your behalf. Filing, distribution to workers, and meeting all deadlines remain entirely your responsibility. Consult a qualified tax professional about your filing obligations.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

UWageCo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. UWageCo does not warrant that any document will satisfy the requirements of any lender, landlord, agency, or other third party.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UWageCo and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from inaccurate information you supplied or from your use or misuse of any document. UWageCo’s total liability for any claim relating to a document is limited to the amount you paid for that document.

9. Governing law
