Refund Policy

1. Digital goods

UWageCo sells digital documents that are generated and delivered to you instantly. Because each document is produced on demand from your inputs, all sales are generally final once the paid, un-watermarked document has been delivered, except as described below.

2. Free preview before you pay

Before any charge, you can review a free, watermarked preview of your document. The preview shows the full result of your inputs so you can confirm every figure is correct. Please review the preview carefully — paying removes the watermark and finalizes your document.

3. When we issue refunds

We will refund your payment when a document is defective because of a genuine UWageCo calculation or system error — for example, if UWageCo computed a total incorrectly from the values you entered, or a technical failure prevented delivery of a document you paid for.

Refunds are generally not available for errors in the information you supplied — such as a misspelled name, a wrong pay rate, an incorrect date, or a wrong amount — because UWageCo does not independently verify your inputs and the preview lets you catch these before paying. See corrections below.

4. Corrections

If you need to fix information after purchase, we treat it as a correction rather than a refund. A correction produces a new, updated version of the document; the original version is not deleted from our records. Contact us and we will help you generate the corrected version. Additional fees may apply to a corrected document depending on the change requested.

5. How to request a refund

Email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL PLACEHOLDER] with your receipt or order details and a description of the problem. We aim to review eligible requests promptly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback for a document that was delivered as ordered, or to reverse a legitimate charge, is a violation of our Terms of Use. We may contest chargebacks we believe are unwarranted by providing the payment processor with records of the order, delivery, and this policy, and we may suspend access pending resolution.
