Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

1. Purpose

UWageCo exists to help legitimate businesses and their authorized representatives create accurate records from their own information. This Acceptable Use Policy describes conduct that is strictly prohibited. It supplements, and is part of, our Terms of Use.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not use UWageCo to:

  • create or use a document to deceive or mislead a lender, landlord, government agency, court, employer, or any other third party;
  • generate documents for a business you do not own or that you are not authorized to represent;
  • falsify, inflate, or otherwise misrepresent income, wages, hours, employment status, or employment history;
  • impersonate any person or business, or use a name, identifier, or signature you are not entitled to use;
  • remove, alter, obscure, or tamper with any UWageCo disclosure, watermark, or worker-classification statement, or otherwise misrepresent how a document was produced;
  • create counterfeit, forged, or fraudulent records for any purpose; or
  • violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

3. Your responsibility

Because UWageCo generates documents from information you supply and does not independently verify that information, you are fully responsible for the truthfulness of your inputs and for how you use each document. A professional-looking document is not a substitute for accurate underlying facts.

4. Enforcement

UWageCo may, at its sole discretion and without notice, decline, cancel, hold, or refund any order that appears suspicious or non-compliant, suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates this policy, and preserve related records. Where we reasonably believe fraud or other unlawful activity has occurred, we may report it to and cooperate with law enforcement and other authorities, and respond to valid legal process.
